Calmer and Quieter offers a straightforward approach to relaxation and calmness of mind, in a no-nonsense manner.
It is all about how we can feel better, peaceful and at ease.
The first part is relaxation - understanding how the mind, body and breath influence each other.
The second part - calmness - is based on the first. So, once we are somewhat familiar with relaxation and would like to explore further, then a two month online course is offered along with supporting online sessions.

Calmer and Quieter is run by David.
David teaches techniques for relaxation based on thirty years of meditation practice and study in many traditions. Though from the UK, he has lived in Asia for over thirty years, spending time in monasteries and meditation centres. He has a Master's Degree in Buddhist Studies from the University of Hong Kong and has spent almost a year on silent retreats. His particular interest lies in the relationship between the mind and breath and how we can work with this to feel happier and more peaceful.
